Dine and Dime with Standard Bank MasterCard Campaign - Terms and Conditions

Be one of the first 11 596 customers to successfully purchase restaurant items sold on the

www.mrd.com/www.mrdfood.com website (including the Mr D desktop site and related Mr D mobi-sites and software applications, and related Android and iOS smartphone applications) (“Mr D Platform(s)”) and as described further below (“Qualifying Purchase(s)”).

AND THEREBY become eligible to a single use and redemption of a generic coupon code to get R100 off (i.e. not transferable nor refundable, and may not be otherwise exchanged for cash, and up to a maximum redemptions limit of 11 596 only) on a subsequent purchase on Mr D Platforms (“R100 Code”), as described further below.

AND SUBJECT at all times to the further terms and conditions of this promotion (collectively “Promotion”).

Important Note: This Promotion is promoted by Mr Delivery (Pty) Ltd trading as Mr D (reg. no.

1992/004664/07) (“Mr D”, “us”, “we” or “our”) in joint collaboration with Standard Bank and Mastercard; and this Promotion only applies to Qualifying Purchases, and to the R100 Code, respectively, strictly on a ‘first come, first served’ basis and subject to each applicable maximum redemptions limit.

1. Promotion Period: This Promotion runs from 00h00 on 24 February 2025 until 23h59 on 24 March

2025, or until the applicable maximum redemptions limit is reached, whichever occurs first (“Promotion

Period”).

2. Who can qualify/redeem: You are entitled to participate in this Promotion ONLY IF:

2.1. you are a natural person who is at least 18 years old and who resides in South Africa, and you

have a valid Mr D account that is in full compliance compliant with the general

marketing communications from Mr D (including via email) (“Qualifying Customer”, “you”, “your”);

and

2.2. it is otherwise lawful for that Qualifying Customer to participate in this Promotion.

You will NOT qualify/you may NOT participate if you do not meet the aforesaid criteria in full nor if you

are a supplier of goods or services in connection with this Promotion, nor if you are a director, member, partner, employee, agent of, or consultant to Mr D or any other entity which directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Mr D, nor if you are any of the aforementioned persons’ spouse, life partner, parent, child, brother, sister or business partner.

3. How to qualify/redeem:

3.1. This Promotion is run on the Mr D Platforms only.

3.2. To become eligible to receive, use and redeem the R100 Code, respectively, you must first, during

the Promotion Period and strictly using your Standard Bank Mastercard Credit Card or Evolve

Card, log in to your valid Mr D account AND successfully complete a Qualifying Purchase of any

restaurant items to the combined value of R250 or more as sold on Mr D Platforms (i.e. complete in

full your purchase using your Standard Bank Mastercard Credit Card or Evolve Card at checkout,

within the Promotion Period and otherwise in full compliance with the General T&Cs).

3.3. Thereafter, in the following week of your Qualifying Purchase (up to 24 March 2025 only), Mr D will send the corresponding R100 Code to you via email (email sent to the email address linked to your

Mr D account) and then, also strictly using your Standard Bank Mastercard Credit Card or Evolve

Card, you will be able to redeem that: (a) R100 Code against a subsequent purchase on Mr D

Platforms to the combined value of R250 or more (i.e. complete in full your subsequent purchase

using the R100 Code in conjunction with your Standard Bank Mastercard Credit Card or Evolve Card at checkout, and otherwise in full compliance with the General T&Cs); and; provided that the

R100 Code will be eligible for such redemption for 30 days only, and then will automatically expire.

3.4. You will know once the applicable maximum redemptions limit of the R100 Code is reached, as at

that stage you will be unable to redeem that code as aforesaid/within the scope of this Promotion

on any of the Mr D Platforms.

4. Disqualification: Please note that should you at any stage act in contravention of or otherwise not

comply with any term or condition herein, we will (i.e. in our sole discretion) refuse and reject your

participation in this Promotion.

5. Unforeseen events: In the event of unforeseen circumstances or causes beyond our reasonable

control, we reserve the right to cancel this Promotion, to change the number or nature of the reward at any time, or to change the terms and conditions of this Promotion at our sole discretion (provided that, unless required due to such aforesaid unforeseen circumstances or causes beyond our reasonable control, we will not change the conditions for participation or conditions for receiving the reward, as stated herein).

6. Terms and conditions: By participating in this Promotion, you agree to all the Promotion terms and

conditions set out above and the General T&Cs in full and without exception.
