Promotion Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all participants entering the Win an Xbox Campaign ("Promotion") organised by Sausage Saloon South Africa, Mr. D & CCBSA ("Sausage Saloon" or "the Promoters"). By participating in this Promotion, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. PROMOTERS

This Promotion is organised by Sausage Saloon South Africa.

2. ELIGIBILITY

• The Promotion is open to South African residents aged 18 years and older.
• Employees of Sausage Saloon, participating franchisees, their advertising agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
• Participants must possess a valid South African Identity Document or Passport.
• Legal entities are not eligible to participate.

3. PROMOTION PERIOD

• The Promotion runs from 1 August 2026 to 31 August 2026.
• Entries received after 23:59 on 31 August 2026 will not be considered.
• Customers may enter as many times as they wish, provided each entry is accompanied by a qualifying purchase.
• Promotion is available online only while stocks last.

4. QUALIFYING PURCHASE

To qualify for entry, customers must purchase any Combo Meal from the Famous Hotdog category through the official Sausage Saloon online ordering platform during the Promotion Period.

5. HOW TO ENTER

To enter the Promotion, participants must:

• Purchase any qualifying Combo Meal from the Famous Hotdog category online between 15  August and 15 September 2026.
• Complete the online order using valid contact details.
• Retain their proof of purchase until the winner has been announced.

Each qualifying online combo purchase will automatically earn one (1) entry into the lucky draw.

6. PRIZE

One (1) winner will receive:

• One Xbox Series S 512GB Digital Gaming Console Valued at R9999.00

The prize is subject to availability. Should the advertised model become unavailable, Sausage Saloon reserves the right to substitute it with an Xbox console of equal or greater value.

7. WINNER SELECTION

• The winner will be selected by random lucky draw after the Promotion closes.
• The draw will be conducted by Sausage Saloon or an appointed independent party.
• The winner will be contacted via the contact details supplied during the online purchase.
• If the winner cannot be contacted within 48 hours, or is unable to provide proof of purchase or identification, an alternate winner may be selected.

8. PRIZE TERMS

• The prize is not transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.
• Sausage Saloon reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value should circumstances require.
• The winner is responsible for providing accurate delivery details or collecting the prize as arranged by the Promoters.

9. PUBLICITY AND CONSENT

• By entering the Promotion, participants grant Sausage Saloon permission to use their name and photographs for promotional and marketing purposes relating to the Promotion.
• Winners may decline participation in publicity material.

10. DATA PRIVACY

• Personal information collected during the Promotion will be used solely for administering the Promotion and in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
• By entering, participants consent to the use of their personal information for verification and communication purposes.

11. DISQUALIFICATION

Sausage Saloon reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

• Tampers with the entry process.
• Provides false or misleading information.
• Fails to meet the eligibility requirements; or
• Acts in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

12. LIABILITY

• Sausage Saloon shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance or use of the prize.
• The Promoters reserve the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Promotion if circumstances beyond their reasonable control make this necessary.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
