Premium D'USSÉ® VSOP Cognac, aged for a minimum of 4 1⁄2 years in French oak casks. A masterful blend that creates a bold yet distinctively smooth taste. Natural humidity of the cellars impacts evapouration and maintains the perfect balance of humidity, dryness and temperature, unique aging conditions found only at the Château de Cognac. Produced using the Charentaise method - slow double-distillation in copper stills The lees (spent yeast cells) are kept in the wine to add additional depth and character to the eau-de-vie. Final blend is left for another 6 months to mature and ensure all components of the blend will marry well together.
