Medium-bodied with fragrant boysenberry perfume, red fruit flavours and a juicy texture. This is a fresh rhone-style blend of cinsaut, syrah and grenache. Vinification involves carbonic maceration of whole bunches prior to alcoholic fermentation, then basket pressed, followed by maturation in 3rd- and 4th-fill French oak barrels for 8 months before bottling.
