Portuguese-inspired Cinsault wine, known as the lightest red in the Simonsvlei range. You can see it when you pour it into the glass that the colour is very light (because the thin skin doesn’t have much colour and tannins in the skin of the grape) and not as thick as the shiraz, for example.
