Aztecas nacho chips are made following a traditional recipe using stone-ground nixtamalised maize. These chips have a tangy chilli flavour with a dash of lime. Not particularly spicy, but full of flavour. They are to be used as a snack accompanied with a dip, salsa or guacamole. Also used as a main dish covered with nacho cheese sauce, sliced jalapeno, chicken or mince, beans, salsa and any other toppings.
