The nose is pure, fresh and inviting with beautiful lime and lemongrass aromas and whiffs of poached pear and delicate rose water. The palate is rich, yet lithe and elegant, showing a gentle spiciness from the subtle oaking, with layered flavours of kumquat, tangerine, ripe golden delicious apples and orange peel. The wine is medium-bodied with a smooth mouthfeel, exceptionally balanced with refreshing, integrated acidity. Fresh ginger and hints of zesty lemon curd linger on a minerally finish.
