- Scoop 4-5 heaped teaspoons (16g) into a mug and add 200ml hot (not boiling) water. Stir well, and enjoy a matcha moment.

- For a creamier, cafe-quality latte, replace hot water with hot milk

Try it iced too:

- Scoop 4-5 heaped teaspoons (16g) into a mug and add 40ml hot (not boiling) water and mix into a paste. Top up with cold milk and some ice blocks.
