Getting the Most from Your BM 27 Monitor:

For the most reliable measurements, follow these guidelines:

1. Consistency is Key: Measure twice daily (morning and evening) at the same time. Rest for 5 minutes before measurement and wait 30 minutes after eating, smoking, drinking, or exercising.
2. Proper Cuff Placement: Use the same arm consistently, positioning the cuff 2-3 cm above the elbow directly over the artery. Ensure clothing does not restrict blood flow.
3. Correct Posture: Sit upright with your back supported. Keep the cuff at heart level, rest your arm on a solid surface, keep feet flat, and remain still and silent during measurement.

Important Considerations:

• Consult your healthcare provider if you have persistent arrhythmias or certain mental health conditions, as reliability may be reduced.
• Not for use with pacemakers, metal implants, or post-mastectomy/lymph node clearance.
• Do not use rechargeable batteries.
