SCATTERLINGS MUSIC FESTIVAL COMPETITION

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions apply to the Scatterlings Music Festival Competition (the "Competition") conducted by Mr Delivery (Pty) Ltd with registration number 1992/04664/07 (the "Organiser").

1. COMPETITION PERIOD

1.1. The Competition opens at 00:00 on 15 July 2026 and closes at 23:59 on 26 July 2026 (the "Competition Period").

1.2. All entries must be received during the Competition Period to be valid.

2. THE PRIZE

2.1. There are 50 (fifty) prizes available (the "Prizes"). Each Prize consists of 1 (one) set of 2 (two) tickets to the Scatterlings Music Festival (General admission) taking place on 1 August 2026.

2.2. The approximate retail value of each Prize is between R350 and R650.

2.3. The Prizes are not transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or any other item.

2.4. Winners must be 18 (eighteen) years or older to attend the Scatterlings Music Festival. Winners are responsible for ensuring compliance with all festival entry requirements.

2.5. The tickets will be delivered to winners via email by the Organiser's customer service team within 48 (forty-eight) hours of the winner claiming the Prize.

2.6. The Organiser is not responsible for the organisation, conduct, or any aspect of the Scatterlings Music Festival. All queries relating to the festival itself must be directed to the festival organisers.

2.7. The Organiser accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by any winner or their guest at the Scatterlings Music Festival.

3. HOW TO ENTER

3.1. To enter the Competition, participants must:

  • Place an order with a minimum value of R250 (two hundred and fifty Rand) from any restaurant listed under the "Hammy Eats" large banner on the Mr D app during the Competition Period; and
  • Be based in central Gauteng and surrounding areas and be able to get yourself to and from the event.

3.2. Participants will receive 1 (one) entry into the Competition for each qualifying order placed during the Competition Period.

3.3. There is no limit to the number of entries a participant may receive, provided each entry is generated by a separate qualifying order.

3.4. No code or registration is required to enter. Entry is automatic upon placing a qualifying order.

3.5. The Organiser reserves the right to verify all entries and to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process or submits fraudulent information.

4. ELIGIBILITY

4.1. To enter this Competition, you must:

  • Be an individual (not a company or other legal entity);
  • Be 18 (eighteen) years or older;
  • Reside in South Africa;
  • Be based in central Gauteng and surrounding areas; and
  • Be legally permitted to receive the Prize.

4.2. The following persons are not eligible to enter:

  • Employees, directors, and officers of Mr Delivery (Pty) Ltd and Hammy Eats;
  • Employees, directors, and officers of any associated companies;
  • Suppliers of products or services for this Competition;
  • Immediate family members and business partners of the persons listed in clauses 4.2.1 to 4.2.3 above.

4.3. For the purposes of these terms and conditions, "immediate family members" means spouses, life partners, parents, children, and siblings.

5. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

5.1. The 50 (fifty) winners will be selected randomly from all valid entries received during the Competition Period on 27 July 2026.

5.2. Winners will be notified on 28 July 2026 via telephone call from the Organiser's customer service team.

5.3. The Organiser will make a maximum of 2 (two) attempts to contact each winner by telephone.

5.4. Winners must respond and claim their Prize within 24 (twenty-four) hours of being notified.

5.5. Winners may be required to provide personal information and verify their identity before the Prize is delivered.

5.6. If a winner fails to claim their Prize within 24 (twenty-four) hours, does not meet the eligibility requirements, or is disqualified for any reason, a replacement winner will be selected randomly from the remaining valid entries.

5.7. The Organiser's decisions regarding all aspects of the Competition, including winner selection, are final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.

5.8. Only winners will be contacted. The Organiser will not notify unsuccessful entrants.

6. DISQUALIFICATION

6.1. Entrants will be disqualified if they:

  • Fail to comply with these terms and conditions;
  • Do not meet the eligibility requirements;
  • Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information;
  • Attempt to manipulate or interfere with the entry process or the operation of the Competition; or
  • Engage in any conduct that the Organiser deems inappropriate or contrary to the spirit of the Competition.

6.2. Entries containing offensive language, hate speech, inappropriate content, content that could harm the Organiser or its reputation, or content that violates any person's intellectual property rights are prohibited and will result in disqualification.

7. USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

7.1. By entering the Competition, entrants consent to the Organiser using their personal information to:

  • Administer the Competition;
  • Announce winners;
  • Deliver the Prizes; and
  • Use entrants' details, content, and images for marketing and promotional purposes.

7.2. The Organiser may request winners to participate in marketing activities or be present at prize draws. Entrants have the right to decline participation in such marketing activities or the use of their image for promotional purposes.

7.3. By entering the Competition, entrants accept and agree to be bound by the Organiser's Privacy Policy, available at https://www.mrdelivery.com/privacy-policy.

7.4. The Organiser will process all personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

8. SOCIAL MEDIA

8.1. The Competition may be promoted on Instagram, Facebook and X.

8.2. The Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or any other social media platform.

8.3. Entrants release Instagram, Facebook, and any other social media platforms from any liability arising from or in connection with the Competition.

8.4. Any information entrants provide in connection with the Competition is provided to the Organiser and not to any social media platform.

9. CHANGES, POSTPONEMENT, OR CANCELLATION

9.1. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel the Competition before entries close, postpone the Competition, or change the Prizes due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its control, provided that notice is given to entrants.

9.2. The Organiser may update these terms and conditions at any time, but will not change the method of entry or how winners are selected without providing prior notice.

9.3. In the event that the Scatterlings Music Festival is cancelled, postponed, or materially altered, the Organiser's only obligation is to provide winners with tickets to the rescheduled or replacement event (if applicable). If no such event takes place, the Organiser will have no further liability to winners.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

10.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organiser excludes all liability for any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrant or winner in connection with the Competition or the Prizes.

10.2. The Organiser is not responsible for any technical failures, including but not limited to failures of telecommunications networks, computer systems, or software, that may affect participation in the Competition.

10.3. The Organiser is not liable for any loss or damage to Prizes after delivery to winners.

11. GENERAL

11.1. By entering the Competition, entrants agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions.

11.2. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

11.3. For any queries or complaints regarding the Competition, please contact Mr D customer service at info@mrd.com.

11.4. If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

11.5. The Organiser's failure to enforce any provision of these terms and conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
