Originating from 35-year-old vines rooted in sandy alluvial soil in the estates riverine area, this cuvée is created from two pickings – one early in the harvest and another, slightly later. This Sauvignon Blanc, is a complex wine, showing passionfruit, nettles and minerality. The wine has the potential to mature beautifully for 2-4 years.
