Originating from 35-year-old vines rooted in sandy alluvial soil in the estates riverine area, this cuvee is created from two pickings, one early in the harvest and another, slightly later. This Sauvignon Blanc, is a complex wine, showing passionfruit, nettles and minerality. The wine has the potential to mature beautifully for 2-4 years.
